Refund Policy
The policy
If a pack does not work as described, or the download is faulty or incomplete, write to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request beyond telling us what went wrong — that part is only so we can fix it for the next buyer.
How to ask
Email kanno321@gmail.com with the order number from your receipt. Refunds are issued by the merchant of record back to the original payment method.
What is not covered
We cannot refund fees you paid to third-party generation services, because we never receive that money. We also cannot refund on the basis that a generated result did not match what you hoped for — the packs document a method and supply the tools; the output of someone else's model is not ours to guarantee.
